- Some remote locations may have limited delivery options — if this happens, we’ll contact you before processing your order.
2. Delivery Timelines
- Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery time depends on your location and courier service, usually 3–7 working days for metros and 5–10 working days for other areas.
- Delays may occur due to public holidays, strikes, natural events, or courier issues.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before you make payment.
- From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions if possible in offers.
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
- You can use this to track your package on the courier’s website.
5. Address Accuracy
- Please provide complete and accurate delivery details (including house number, landmark, pin code, and contact number).
- RainbowFits is not responsible for non-delivery if the address/contact details provided are incorrect.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipment charges may apply.
6. Delayed / Failed Delivery
- If your order is delayed or lost in transit, our team will help you resolve it with the courier.
- If the courier confirms non-delivery, we will either re-ship the product (if available) or issue a refund.
7. International Shipping
- Currently, RainbowFits ships only within India.
