1. Easy Returns
- You can request a return within [7] days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
2. When You Can Return
We accept returns or exchanges if:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
- The size delivered is different from what you ordered.
3. Exchanges
- If your size doesn’t fit or you want another product, you can request an exchange (subject to stock availability).
- If the item is not in stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
4. Refunds
- Refunds are always made to your original payment method (card, UPI, wallet, net banking).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will approve the refund.
- Refund processing usually takes 5–7 business days, but your bank/payment provider may take longer.
5. Return Shipping
- If the mistake is from our side (wrong item, defect, damage), we’ll cover the return shipping.
- If you are returning for personal reasons (change of mind), you may need to ship it back at your own cost.
