Refund and return policy

At RainbowFits, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it easy for you.

1. Easy Returns

  • You can request a return within [7] days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

2. When You Can Return

We accept returns or exchanges if:

  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.
  • The size delivered is different from what you ordered.

3. Exchanges

  • If your size doesn’t fit or you want another product, you can request an exchange (subject to stock availability).
  • If the item is not in stock, we’ll process a refund instead.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are always made to your original payment method (card, UPI, wallet, net banking).
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will approve the refund.
  • Refund processing usually takes 5–7 business days, but your bank/payment provider may take longer.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from our side (wrong item, defect, damage), we’ll cover the return shipping.
  • If you are returning for personal reasons (change of mind), you may need to ship it back at your own cost.

7. Important Notes

  • Products returned without our confirmation may not be accepted.
  • We cannot process refunds for items that fail the inspection (used, washed, or damaged by customer).
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment gateway.
