At RainbowFits, we work hard to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time.

1. Shipping Coverage

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
  • Some remote locations may have limited delivery options — if this happens, we’ll contact you before processing your order.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery time depends on your location and courier service, usually 3–7 working days for metros and 5–10 working days for other areas.
  • Delays may occur due to public holidays, strikes, natural events, or courier issues.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before you make payment.
  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions if possible in offers.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
  • You can use this to track your package on the courier’s website.

5. Address Accuracy

  • Please provide complete and accurate delivery details (including house number, landmark, pin code, and contact number).
  • RainbowFits is not responsible for non-delivery if the address/contact details provided are incorrect.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-shipment charges may apply.

6. Delayed / Failed Delivery

  • If your order is delayed or lost in transit, our team will help you resolve it with the courier.
  • If the courier confirms non-delivery, we will either re-ship the product (if available) or issue a refund.

7. International Shipping

  • Currently, RainbowFits ships only within India.
